The Registered Nurse / RN Coordinates the care needs of assigned patients and develops comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum. Registered Nurse / RN Partners with patients and their primary physicians to develop customized care plans based on their individual needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
Registered Nurse / RN Collaborates with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, social work, and others to ensure appropriate tests and treatments are delivered in a timely fashion.
Registered Nurse / RN Advocates for the patient.
Registered Nurse / RN Balances care needs and financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatments are achieved.
Qualifications:
Education
Required: Academic degree in nursing Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree
Experience
Required: 2 years nursing experience.
Certifications
Required: Must be currently RN licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. BLS
