The Facility Telehealth Nurse Manager manages care across the health care continuum. He/she works closely with primary care provider(s) and other health care professionals and team members, other clinics, internal services, and community agencies. The incumbent holds a facility level position, reporting to the Chief of Ambulatory Care, with coordination and input from the VISN Telehealth Program Manager. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure for certain programs requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
