The Raymond G. Murphy VA Health Care System is searching for a Nurse Manager for Care Coordination. The position is responsible for the operations and clinical components related the registered nurse team members within Utilization Management, Discharge Coordination, Transfer Coordination, and BMS Coordination/Utilization. Work is performed with multi-disciplinary teams to include the Nursing Officer on Duty, Medical Providers, Social Work, and others for safe, efficient patient flow. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
