OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in Boise is seeking Full Time RNs to join our Ambulatory Centralized Clinical Resources team. This role will perform in-basket support work remotely for identified clinicals from a centralized nursing team. The RNs will be supporting outpatient clinics within the Internal Medicine and Family Medicine areas. This will include addressing patient concerns, providing education, utilizing protocols, and support the clinic and patients through timely resolution of concerns through written and verbal communication. This includes coordination of patient experience, adherence to evidence-based practice, and implementation of system initiatives. A successful candidate is an individual that can
