OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in Meridian is seeking a Part-Time RN to join our General Pediatrics Clinic team. At St. Luke's Children's Pediatrics, the team specializes in the needs of infants, children, and adolescents. The RN will assist with triage and supporting a provider team. Thursday and Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm. SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!Responsibilities Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments. Initiates assessment based on the patient's
