Registered Nurse - SL Orthopedics Clinic, Meridian
OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in Meridian is seeking a Full Time RN to join our SL Orthopedics Clinic team. The RN will assist in the clinic with all aspects of patient care. Duties include supporting a total joint surgeon, scheduling surgeries, patient phone calls, and triage of patient referrals. Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Sign On Bonus Available!Responsibilities Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.
