GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ASSIGNED DUTIES: Functions as the Physician, Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), ambulatory Care Services, Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) setting at Sioux Falls VA Healthcare System (SFVAHCS). To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
