Patient Service Representative ? Breast Surgery Float
DescriptionIn this role, you will provide administrative and scheduling support for the assigned breast surgery practice(s). Major duties include but are not limited to: acting as a liaison for the patients and physicians in the practice, assisting patients in accessing service within the health system, surgery scheduling, facilitating communication with referring physicians, referring patients to appropriate resources and providing follow-up through telephone and EPIC/Care Connect. You must be able to multi-task effectively and execute all tasks assigned by the practitioner(s) and the Assistant Clinical Director. You will be required to travel between multiple clinical locations.
