Job SummaryThe Manager, Care Management Program Operations (MCMPO), serves as a critical operational liaison and strategic partner to the Vice President, System Care Management, ensuring alignment, coordination and optimization across all System Care Management departments (>250 FTEs) within Care Transitions and Integration (CTI).
