Job SummaryThe Manager, Care Management Program Operations (MCMPO), serves as a critical operational liaison and strategic partner to the Vice President, System Care Management, ensuring alignment, coordination and optimization across all System Care Management departments (>250 FTEs) within Care Transitions and Integration (CTI). These departments include, but are not limited to, Inpatient and Ambulatory Care Management teams, Outsourced Medical Services, and Utilization Management, as well as operations related to all care management for special programs.
