RN-Emergency Department Psych Lead-Boise
OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in Boise is seeking a RN Psych Lead to join our Emergency Department team. Unit/Position SummaryBoise's Emergency Department is a 27 bed unit which includes 5 Chest Pain beds with a RN/Patient ratio of 1:4-6. Patient population includes Emergent/Urgent Adult and Pediatrics, stroke, cardiac, and sepsis. The RN Psych Lead will oversee the behavioral health population as well as train team members on how to deescalate and manage these patients. This RN will also be responsible for chart audits, including restraint use.
